Taxes. The thought for the weekend. They will be done by Sunday night!
Quiet Saturday. Bill began the first of several Friday late-night-in-early-morning work sessions for a client. The work can only be done on that small window when the system is not in use for production, which is 9 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday.
I’m a bit surprised at what a relief it is not to be gainfully employed, even though it was very, very part time work and even though I thought I was enjoying it. But it’s very nice to only have to think about my own work and not feel “on call” for whatever might crop up. Life is good.
