30 Day Plank Challenge

Currently popular on Facebook is the 30 Day Plank Challenge. Essentially, you challenge yourself to do the plank pose for thirty days to strengthen your core muscles.

I began my challenge November 5th, so today is Day Six for me, a day of rest. Wish me luck tomorrow, as I go up from 40 seconds to 45!
