We’ve had lovely weather the last couple of weeks, 70s and 80s daytime temperature and, of course, the renowned Arizona blue sky! I took this yesterday afternoon, looking up through the ironwood tree in our backyard, which is a mass of brilliant gold leaves. The fall colors in Alabama in October were really just starting when I was there and the colors had just been blown off by Hurricane Sandy when we were in New York earlier this month, so I am enjoying the colors here in Arizona.

Ohhhhh – Arizona is known for blue skies? Hmm, maybe I need to come visit, or at least set up a web cam so I can stare when the grey ones here get me down.
