This past weekend was just about perfect. Warm finally, warm enough to take a stroll around the Southwood Nature Trail Sunday. Saturday was spent watching racing at Daytona and crocheting. Here’s my latest project, a Crochet-A-Long with some of my online crochet friends. This is how it’s going so far up to row 12 (out of 32 rows!).
I find that watching a race and crocheting work well together. I can listen to the race, watch what I’m doing with the crochet project, and if there are any crashes or some other excitement on the track, there will be at least a dozen replays to watch! And I can always hit rewind on the TV if I miss something.
What else made this weekend perfect? Oh, cheesecake and strawberries!
